Gimme All the Mules

MQ_distressed2Screen Shot 2017-03-29 at 6.00.08 PM

I am all about mules at the moment! I mean, they’re easy to put on and there are comfy ones and dressy ones out there… the options are endless! Plus I don’t have to worry about them getting too small for my growing preggo feet… I don’t mind my heel sticking out just a tad LOL. Any way, which one is your fave?!

Btw, I’m wearing #3 in my pictures! 🙂

New Season and a New Chapter

MQ_floralmaxi1MQ_floralmaxi2Dress: Romwe – Shoes: Just Fab – Necklace: Love Myssa – Sunglasses: Forever 21 (similar)

Happy Spring! If there’s one thing I love to wear while I’m pregnant, it’s a loose, flowy maxi dress! This one from Romwe totally screams “Spring” with the floral print and it’s only $20! When I got in the mail, I was pleasantly surprised with the quality. The fabric is smooth and pretty thick… so worth it! It does run a a little big so I suggest sizing down. I tend to buy non-maternity dresses that are the oversized style so that I can still wear them after I give birth 🙂Read More »

19 Weeks Bumpdate + Premama

It’s so hard to believe that in just a few days I’ll be hitting the half way mark in this pregnancy! I remember it felt like FOREVER when I was pregnant with Scarlett. Well, I did find out when I was about 4 weeks then we announced right after our first prenatal appointment at 8 weeks. Yes, I know the right way is to wait until 12 weeks but we were just so excited! We announced my 2nd pregnancy with Landon at 12 weeks and then, this pregnancy we announced when I was already 16 weeks… along with the gender 😛 Oh, not to mention, I found out I was already over 12 weeks at my first prenatal appt. OMG. Third child problems or what?! Lol.Read More »

MQ_ipsymarch1What’s in the March 2017 “Tres Jolie” Glam Bag?

  1. INT Cosmetics Eyeshadow in Goddess Gold

  3. OFRA Cosmetics Peach Blush
  4. Chella Tweezers
  5. ModelCo Eye Define Retractable Crayon Liner in Black

MQ_ipsymarch5INT Cosmetics Eyeshadow in Goddess Gold

This shade is so pretty! This is the type of color that I typically wear when I want a more natural eyeshadow look. I like to wear it on my lids with a darker shade on my creases. It’s the perfect amount of shimmer! If you apply it with a wet brush, the color will show up a lot more.

MQ_ipsymarch3JeNu High Tech Beauty Marine Collagen Mineral Gel

I love how this product comes with a dropper applicator. I tried this mineral gel on my face a couple times and you definitely get that instant gratification… my skin felt smoother and firmer. I’ll probably continue to use it a couple times a week since they claim to get rid of or prevent wrinkles! So far, so good.

MQ_ipsymarch6OFRA Cosmetics Peach Blush

I normally wear pink blushes because I think that they look better on my skin tone. I’ve received other products from this brand a few times and they’re great! The products are pigmented and last awhile. This shade is so pretty and I actually ended up liking it 0n me. It’s perfect for summer. I’ll be switching off between my normal blush and this one for sure.

MQ_ipsymarch2Chella Tweezers

I don’t know about you but I always misplace my tweezers! And of course when I need them the most, they are all no where to be found lol. I was so excited to get this one by Chella because 1) the handle is super comfortable to hold and 2) it’s red (meaning I should be able to easily spot it in my over stuffed make-up bag haha. Not to mention, these work well too!

MQ_ipsymarch4ModelCo Eye Define Retractable Crayon Liner in Black

Yay eyeliner! I know we get eyeliners in our glam bags often but I love it when we do because I mean, I can’t get enough of them! It’s actually perfect timing again because I lost the one I’ve been using… oops. This one by ModelCo glides on perfectly and is super pigmented which I love. It’s also the type of eyeliner that you don’t need to sharpen and just have to twist… my fave! I love that they sent the full size too which retails $14.

So this is the first bag in probably a year that I actually LOVE the bag it came in! It has such a chic look and I’d totally use it regularly. The blush color is perfection too! Back to the products though… which one is my fave?! Hm… I’d have to go with the tweezers then the eyeliner 🙂 Click here if you want to get Ipsy for only $10/month! The tweezers and eyeliner alone are $24! So worth it…

Products for Both Mama and Baby

I’m seriously known as the “bag lady,” even before kids I always had a ton of bags of literally everything I “might” need lol. Anyone else like me?! Haha. My family always gets annoyed of me when I go with them on a trip cause they already know to expect that I’ll have a ton of things with me. Now with 2 kids (well, soon it’ll be 3)… it’s been taken to the extreme. Obviously, clothes are a given but as far as health and beauty products, there’s always one for me and one for the babies.

I’m so glad Babo Botanicals sent me their natural and hypoallergenic lotion and 3-in-1 wipes that are for both mamas and babies. They smell AMAZING too! I spend so much money on baby hand & face wipes, as well as wipes for me, so this is a lifesaver. A major plus is knowing that there aren’t a ton of chemicals in them that could be harmful to little ones and knowing that the products I’m using on myself are safe enough for babies.

I’ve been using the lotion on Scarlett and Landon right after I bathe them and it leaves their skin feeling silky smooth. I give them baths in the evening before bedtime so the lavender scent is perfect for calming them (and myself) down lol. If you’re like me and every outing with the kids looks like you’re going on a mini vacation OR just looking for amazing new products for you and/or your little one, check Babo Botanicals out! They have  a ton of awesome products that I’ll have to try 🙂
