When it comes to baby diapers and wipes, I only want the best for my kids. I look for products that are gentle enough for their sensitive skin. The diapers also need to be super absorbent so that they don’t have to wake up to leaks. Another major factor is that they are cost effective, with 3 kids things can start to get expensive, especially the things we use the most everyday. We’ve been using Safeway’s Signature Care™ Diapers and Wipes (and even their formula) in my household for the past couple of months and they definitely live up to my standards: gentle on baby’s skin, extremely absorbent and they’re affordable!
The Signature Care™ diapers are good quality and so soft. It feels like they’re super comfortable to wear. They have a yellow wetness indicator strip in the middle that turns blue when they’re wet… major plus! They also live up to the 12-hour leakage that Signature Care™ advertises. I just love the design on them too! The Signature Care™ wipes are thick and durable yet soft and smooth with a light fresh scent. What’s great is that they are also hypoallergenic and contain aloe extract and Vitamin E, which is known to be soothing to babies’ skin.
In addition to the Signature Care™ diapers and wipes, Liam got to try the Signature Care™ Infant Formula (with iron) too. He’s been used to Enfamil and the Signature Care™ formula is definitely comparable. It was a smooth transition and he didn’t have any stomach aches or changes in his behavior. It also compares to the nutrition of Enfamil, which was reassuring! It contains DHA and Choline to help support brain development, and is non-GMO. The Signature Care™ Infant Formula with Iron definitely gets this mama’s approval!
Signature Care™ products can be found at your Safeway and Albertsons stores!
Sooo this is what winter looks like in San Diego! We’ve had our share of “colder” days but for the most part, we have weather that no one can really complain about! With Spring around the corner, I got these 3 super cute tops from SheIn that are perfect for the transition into Spring. I’m so obsessed!
Click here for the white top!
^ This mustard yellow top is One Size only and I’m usually a size Small and that’s how it fits on me. This top is such a steal… only $11!
^ Ok I’m loving this polka dot peplum top that you can dress up or down!
Well there ya have it! Which top is you fave?! I’m curious to know!
First of all, how nice are these Quip vibrating electric tooth brushes?! I mean they’re almost too pretty to use haha. I love how light they are and that they feel no different than the regular toothbrushes. The movement is subtle and it’s also very quiet when it’s on.
As you can see in the pictures above, the toothpastes say how long the tube should last you. The small one says 2 weeks and the big one says 3 months… I was like What?! There is NO way this tube is going to last me for a full 3 months… so I read the booklet it came with and it said that you technically only need a “pea-sized” amount on your toothbrush every time, despite what toothpaste commercials show you. Did anyone know this?! I always topped my toothbrush with a bunch of toothpaste lol. Other fun facts that I already knew, thankfully, is that you should brush your teeth at least twice a day and scrub your tongue with the back of the toothbrush.
What’s unique about this brand is that they have refill plans for as low as $5 and you can automatically be sent a new brush head and toothpaste every 3 months… UM YES PLEASE! The container it comes with also has a tape behind it so you can stick it on the wall which is definitely more organized than a toothbrush holder.
Ok excuse me as I go sign up for a refill plan for me and Leo! You guys have to get one of these… electric starter packs start at only $25! So worth it.

One thing that I love hearing when we go out is “That’s a diaper bag? Wow!” Lol. I mean, why have to carry around a corny diaper bag when you can have a sleek and stylish one?! I’ve been using the Transition Tote by Multiwear and I’m just so obsessed with the design! I’ve gotten so many compliments on it ever since I started using it.
Aside from the design, I love that there are so many pockets and little sections to keep all the stuff I have for the kids organized. It also comes with a changing pad that comes super handy when we’re out and about. Believe it or not, this bag fits all the stuff I need for all 3 kids… love!
P.S. Multiwear has super cute maternity/nursing sweaters too! I have a couple that I have been using since when Landon was a newborn and currently using now with Liam. Check them out! Click here to see a previous post.

I’m obsessed with skincare… like extremely obsessed. Our medicine cabinet in our bathroom is filled with skincare products lol. I take up like 3 and a half rows in it and Leo has a little spot at the top left corner haha. Any way, I did add some new products to my skincare routine that it’s time for an update! So here’s everything I use on my face!
Face wash: Philosophy Purity Made Simple One-step Face Wash (Been using this FOR YEARS, I tried other face washes here and there but always went back to this one)
Eye cream: Estee Lauder Advanced Night Repair Eye Concentrate Matrix Synchronized Recovery (ok, can that be longer or what lol. It says ‘night’ but in the directions it says to use it in the AM and PM so that’s what I do. To apply, you use the roller attached to the cap and it feels great!)
Moisturizer: Estee Lauder DayWear (love how creamy this is and it comes with SPF… major plus. The smell is a light cucumber scent which smells so fresh)
Face wash: Philosophy Purity Made Simple One-step Face Wash (same as AM)
Eye Make-up Remover: Almay Longwear & Waterproof Gentle Eye Make-up Remover (works so well and doesn’t make my eyes sting)
Eye cream: Estee Lauder Advanced Night Repair Eye Concentrate Matrix Synchronized Recovery (same as AM)
Retinol Treatment: Philosophy ‘help Me’ Retinol Night Treatment (helps with preventing fine lines and wrinkles)
Moisturizer: Estee Lauder Revitalizing Supreme+ (this cream feels so luxurious and I wake up to smoother, softer yet firmer skin)
Here’s another skincare product I use only twice a week to help get rid of dead skin: Philosophy The Microdelivery Peel Kit (along with my other philosophy products, I’ve been using this one for years too. I love how smooth and rejuvenated my face feels after using this)
Well there ya have it! My skincare routine is simple and works on keeping my skin healthy. I rarely breakout as well *knocks on wood* haha. Other things that will help your skin is drinking lots of water, getting enough sleep (wish this was the case for me haha) and making sure to always cleanse your face at night… don’t sleep with your make-up on as much as possible!
I’m officially in Week 3 of my BBG workout program! I started this program a couple months ago as soon as I was cleared to workout after my postpartum appointment… but as a new mom of 3, it was hard to get my workouts in while trying to get used to our new normal as a family of 5. So instead I just started adjusting my diet and started incorporating more of what I used to eat before I got pregnant. (Side note: I’m typically a pretty healthy eater but I don’t hold back when I’m preggo. I’m “that one” that uses pregnancy as an excuse to satisfy my cravings haha. Don’t judge).
Now that I’ve finally had a good amount of time to get used to a (somewhat) consistent schedule with mom/wife life, work, blog and me time… it was time to get this BBG workout program off my check list! I downloaded the Sweat App this time around which was made by the BBG founder, Kayla Itsines, and it’s SO helpful. It offers different workout plans, a workout schedule, a forum to chat with others doing BBG, an option to play your iTunes music within the app, and more! It does cost $20 a month but it’s so worth it especially if you can’t make it to the gym so it’s actually less than what I used to pay for my LA Fitness membership. You can try it for 7 days free too! And no, this isn’t a sponsored post… haha.
Any way, a lot of moms ask me how I find the time to work out as a working mom/blogger with 3 kids. What helped a lot recently is that my husband and I started plugging in our “me time” in our shared calendar which includes working out and whatever else we want to do. You just gotta stick to it as much as possible (while being open to changes of course) and help each other out by holding the other person accountable.
My scheduled workout time is 7am but it’s been closer to 8am lately because Liam has been waking up in the middle of the night but the most important thing is just getting it done! I prefer to workout in the morning but with the kids, I’ve had to work out even closer to midnight some times just to get my workout in. So for those busy mamas wanting to workout… plan it out with your significant others and drink a little caffeine if you need a boost of energy because trust me, most of the time when my husband gets home, I just want to stuff my face with ice cream and be a couch bum haha! No matter how tired I’ve been though, I have never ever regretted a workout once I was done with it!
I’ll be sharing updates on my fitness journey here so make sure you’re subscribed so you don’t miss it 🙂
